Boring Boring Arsenal, or just Van Persie??

So, every summer, we get one transfer which just drags on and on and on and on!!! This year, it's the turn of Arsenal and Mr Van Persie!! I can understand many Arsenal fans do not want to lose him on last season's form, but as one of my Gooner friend's says, he feels last season was the only real and just about full season he has ever given the club!

It is never nice for a fan to have to pick up the papers each day to see their players being linked to other clubs left right and centre, I should know being an Everton fan! Infact, Man Utd's alleged following of Leighton Baines came a close 2nd to the summer's most dragged out transfer story!

I can understand Arsenal not wanting to sell him to another Premiership club, but just sort it out Arsenal. You will come back from this one, just as you did when Henry left. It just poses the question of, do you accept a fee knowing he can walk out on a free next summer? Or do you keep him, knowing he will leave on a free, but also knowing he could help you quality for Europe, and the Champions League?

And to be honest, according to the Media this summer, Arsenal are about to be less than boring with the amount of money they are going to spend, and the amount of players they are going to bring in! I say about to, because this is Arsenal, and I am sure most Arsenal fans won't believe the club are spending their transfer kitty until any deals are all signed and sealed.
